In its peak a few years ago, the once-beautiful subscription service MoviePass
gave almost limitless admission to theatre films for $10 per month.
is formally returning, as Insider first reported.
On the MoviePass website, customers can join up for the new beta beginning on Thursday.
One change is that the monthly fee is no longer $10 flat; instead, it varies depending on the market.
nonetheless, the monthly payment will be $10, $20, or $30.
Mashable contacted MoviePass to ask how many credits monthly customers will receive, but did not immediately hear back.
For those who don't recall, MoviePass has come a long way in the past ten years.
It was established in 2011 but languished in obscurity for a number of years before introducing the $10/month subscription in 2017.
