Washington Football Player Charged With Murder

A 16-year-old Washington State high school football player who went missing while practicing has finally been found.

He is now behind bars for Accused of murder.

The Pierce County Sheriff announced Saturday that Gabriel Davies and

 his 16-year-old partner have been charged with second degree murder, burglary and possession of a firearm in the death of a 51-year-old man.

Davis has been unavailable since Wednesday. Witnesses saw him heading toward Millersylvania State Park.

Gabriel Michael Davis was found Thursday night.

Gabriel Michael Davis was found Thursday night. Police said Davis' car was found to be suspicious. Blood pressure was found inside the car.

The victim was found dead in Orting's home. His name has not been released yet.

Both are being held at the Remann Hall Juvenile Detention Center.
